I am trying to get information about the welfare of 2 children who were last seen on Cortes Island. The children are victims of an international parental child abduction and as such are unlikely to be in any kind of danger. However, the abducting parent has chosen to cut off contact with all paternal family members, including the children's father, siblings, cousins, an aunt and grandparents. The abduction occurred almost 3 years ago.
